a timeless stay

warm servicefrance fragrancestone wallslarge post
the hotel provided warm service. louise and yves made our departure difficult! the fragrance upon entering the lobby reminded us of a hotel in the south of france. the lobby included a fireplace, stone walls, chic furniture, and huge windows.
our room felt less comfortable. a large post sat a few feet from one side of the bed, it felt hazardous. navigating around this post at night proved awkward and limited drawer space existed.
Facilities
9/10
The hotel features two restaurants with options for breakfast and dining. The terrace offers nice views for evening drinks or dinner. breakfast and the restaurant food are very good.
Rooms
8/10
The room included huge beams in the ceiling and massive windows that overlooked the quaint shopping avenue. The architecture outside was amazing. a comfy bed and an enormous tub and shower added comfort to my stay.

mixed experience with some issues

understaffed front desk
We mostly walked to our room on the third floor. the front desk was understaffed. I waited ten minutes to check in without any staff present. no one offered to help with my suitcase at the narrow front door.
